Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-4 business days.


Shipping Methods:


We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3 to 5 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1 to 2 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on location, shipping carrier, and other factors beyond our control.


Must order by 2pm EST for overnight shipping if needed the next day


Overnight orders placed on Friday will not be received until Monday as that is the next business day


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track the status of your order using the provided tracking number on our Order Tracking page.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight, dimensions, destination, and chosen shipping method. Shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process before payment is finalized.


International Shipping

At this time, we offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for any additional charges that may apply.


Order Changes and Modifications

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes or modifications to the shipping address or shipping method. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.


Undeliverable Packages

In the event that a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address information provided by the customer or if the package is not claimed by the customer, it may be returned to us. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipping an undeliverable package.
